HISTORY
Blackcurrant (Cassis Noir de Bourgogne) is made in France by a fifth generation family established 1885. Traditional maceration using delicate Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants and 100% pure French sugar beet. Finished with whole cassis buds.
GREAT FOR
Perfect over ice or in high class cocktails. Use in place of blackcurrant liqueur to bring mixed drinks to another level, or in place of sugar to add balanced decadence to any drink. Top with good quality Champagne for a life-changing Kir Royale
